With this Employee Stock Ownership Plan, our employees gain this added benefit without having to take on any personal risk, or make any personal contributions to their plan.

100% Employer Funded

Everything within this plan is funded 100% by Avon Contractors. Nothing is ever funded by the employee, nor is there any risk ever taken on by any employees.

Profit Sharing

As the company does better, so do all of the employees. Performance based profit sharing will occur within the plan for the employees within the ESOP plan.

Added Retirement Benefits

The ESOP functions as an added Retirement plan. When employees retire or leave the company, they have the opportunity to cash out the equity of their ownership stake.
